Organizational Cognitive Health & Professional Partnerships
Protect the Cognitive Capacity Your Organization Runs On.
Restored Living helps organizations support cognitive capacity through practical education, responsible communication, referral pathways, and recovery-focused consultation. The goal is to help leaders respond clearly and connect people with appropriate support—without asking managers to diagnose employees.
When individual clinical care is appropriate, it remains separate, consent-based, confidential within applicable limits, and clinically independent.
Two distinct pathways
Choose the Path That Fits Your Role
Organizational consulting and individual clinical services have different purposes, boundaries, and next steps.

Leadership Education & Workshops
Briefings and facilitated learning on cognitive load, workplace stress, burnout risk, mental stamina, supportive communication, and appropriate next steps.
Communication & Referral Pathways
Practical protocols that help leaders recognize changes in work functioning, respond respectfully, and route concerns appropriately—without making clinical judgments.
Implementation & Recovery Support
Scoped consultation on program implementation, recovery-supportive workplace communication, and paced return-to-work coordination. Individual work-capacity or fitness-for-duty evaluations, when appropriate, are separate clinical engagements and are not included in this organizational consultation.
Please share the organizational need, not employee health information.

Clear clinical boundaries
Clear Clinical Boundaries
Restored Living’s organizational services provide education, communication support, referral-pathway design, and function-focused consultation. They do not diagnose employees, conduct covert screening or employee testing for organizational decision-making, make disciplinary recommendations, determine whether a mental or cognitive condition caused a workplace event, or provide fitness-for-duty opinions.
Any individual clinical evaluation or treatment is a separate service governed by informed consent, confidentiality within applicable limits, clinical independence, and professional standards. Individual clinical services are available only where licensure and applicable law permit. Employment, accommodation, and work-capacity decisions remain with the appropriate organizational, legal, occupational-health, and treating professionals.
